Ingredients
- 3 - center cut pork chops
- 2 - carrots, slivered
- 1 - green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini. sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon savory
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
How To Make pork stir fry

Step 1In wok or skillet, cook pork until done. Add oil and heat.

Step 2Add vegetables and cook until they are tender-crisp.

Step 3Set aside 1 Tbsp broth. Add remaining broth to wok. Add all seasonings. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in set aside broth. Add to wok. Cook stirring frequently until thickened.
