Savory Pork Roast with Sage,Thyme, and Bacon
5-7 lbpork roast ( center cut,or crown roast)
·handful of sage leaves, fresh ( 1/2 a bunch)
·handful thyme leaves fresh(1/2 a bunch)
1 tspblack pepper
1/2 lbbacon ( i use cider cured) any bacon will do.

- Rinse and dry pork roast. Preheat oven to 375 degree's
take the sage and thyme and put in a food processor and chop.
