This is my to die for roast.. Everyone loves! Serve with potatoes and gravy!

Ingredients
- 3-5 pounds pork roast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon season salt
How To Make pork roast to die for

Step 1pre-heat oven to 285 degrees

Step 2In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Stir mixture with a fork until all the ingredients are well combined and they form a seasoning. This will be used as a rub.

Step 3Put meat to a roasting pan or dutch oven. Rub the roast with olive oil. Sprinkle the rub over the roast, then rub the pork with the seasoning over both sides of the meat, pressing gently so the seasoning adheres well to the roast.

Step 4Put in oven cover and bake for 4 hours.
