Ingredients
- 4 - boneless pork loin chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
- - salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon butter
How To Make pork loin chops with garlic sauce

Step 1Salt and pepper pork.

Step 2Heat oil and butter in skillet.

Step 3Dredge chops in flour.

Step 4Fry on med-hi until browned on both sides.

Step 5Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6Remove chops and keep warm.

Step 7To skillet add garlic.

Step 8Cook 1 minute until garlic is soft.

Step 9Add cream, cook for 1 minute.

Step 10Add 1 t butter, stir to mix well.

Step 11Serve chops with sauce on top.
