boneless pork loin chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
salt and pepper
2 tsp
butter
2 tsp
oil
1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 c
heavy cream
1 tsp
butter

How to Make Pork Loin Chops with Garlic Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Salt and pepper pork.
  • 2Heat oil and butter in skillet.
  • 3Dredge chops in flour.
  • 4Fry on med-hi until browned on both sides.
  • 5Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 6Remove chops and keep warm.
  • 7To skillet add garlic.
  • 8Cook 1 minute until garlic is soft.
  • 9Add cream, cook for 1 minute.
  • 10Add 1 t butter, stir to mix well.
  • 11Serve chops with sauce on top.
