Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot


  • 2-3 lb
    pork loin roast
  • 2 large
  • 1/2 large
    cabbage head
  • 1 c
    apple juice
  • 6 medium
    apples, granny smith
  • 2 c
    brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/8 c
    canadian steak seasoning
  • 1 dash(es)
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Pork loin cabbage dinner


  1. Slice onions into bottom of pressure cooker
  2. Place pork loin on top of onions
    Sprinkle steak seasoning, minced garlic on top of pork loin
    Chop cabbage on top of pork loin
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Core and slice apples on top of cabbage
    Add brown sugar and cinnamon
    Plop some butter on top if you wish
    Pour apple juice down side taking care not to dissolve sugar and cinnamon
  3. If your pressure cooker has a meat setting use it, if not choose medium pressure for 20-25 minutes
