Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound sweet italian sausage casing removed
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- /2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 14 1/2 ounces can italian tomatoes pureed
- 15 ounces can white beans drained
- 1 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup cook pasta of choice
- - freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh curly parsley
How To Make pork fazool with pasta

Step 1In large saucepan brown both pork and sausage with onions and garlic. Cook until done. Add white wine and let cook until almost evaporated.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except pasta, parmesan, and parsley. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and cook on low 30 minutes.

Step 3Add cooked pasta. Top with parmesan and garnish with parsley
