curry powder, divided
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
boneless center cut pork chops (4 oz. each and about 1/2 inch thick)
1/3 c
orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp
prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp
balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp
red pepper flakes
cooking spray

How to Make Pork Chops with Curried Orange Sauce


  • 1Combine 1/4 tsp. curry powder, 1/4 tsp. paprika and 1/4 tsp.salt. Sprinkle pork with the curry mixture. Combine 1/2 tsp. curry powder and all of the marmalade, horseradish, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl.
  • 2Heat a large nonstick skillet, coated with cooking spray, over medium-high heat. Add the pork, cook for 5 minutes on each side (or until pork loses its pink color and reaches desired temperature).
  • 3Remove pork chops from pan. Add the marmalade mixture to the pan and cook for 15 seconds, scraping the pan to loosen browned bits. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
