The pork chops are so tender, and the rice has the best flavor. This is so easy to make and can be made for a crowd. Serve just this for an easy dinner or add some other sides to compliment it.

thick sirlion pork chops
2-3 bag(s)
boil in bag rice
1-2 can(s)
cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 large
yellow bell bepper( or green)
1 large
red bell pepper( or green)
8 oz
sliced mushrooms
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
1 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 tsp
black pepper
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp
oil, canola or veg

How to Make Pork Chops & Rice


  • 1Mix all spices in a small bowl and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops. Boil rice as directed, drain well and mix cans of soup in. ( can salt if you want)
  • 2Heat oil and sear both sides of pork chops, drain and place in a large casserole dish.
  • 3Slice peppers in strips ( or chunks) remove stems from mushrooms( if you want, I did) spread over pork chops. Spread rice on top , cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350.
