Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped
- 3 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon green olives
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - green plantain
- - salt/pepper
How To Make pork chops fricasse with green plaintains

Step 1In a large skillet, put olive oil and brown pork chops on both sides.

Step 2remove and place aside,add in the rest of the ingredients.(except the green plantain)

Step 3then place the pork chops back in.

Step 4peel and cut the green plantain in 1/2 inch pieces.

Step 5add to the pork chops and combine, cover and simmer about 30 mins. stirring occasionally...serve with white rice.
