Ingredients
- 4 medium pork chops, center cut
- 1 bag brussel sprouts, frozen
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon apricot pineapple preserves
- 1 tablespoon apple butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
How To Make pork chops and brussel sprouts

Step 1Melt olive oil and butter in skillet. Put flour in a ziplock bag and put one pork chop at a time in flour and put in skillet. Salt and pepper the meat or add any other seasonings you like.

Step 2Put Brussels sprouts in the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Step 3Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 4Turn your chops over in the skillet and add cooked Brussels sprouts on top. Then pour on the sauce and put a lid on skillet and turn to low for 15 minutes or until chops are done.
