pork chops, center cut

brussel sprouts, frozen
2 tsp
dijon mustard
2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 c
maple syrup
2 tsp
chopped garlic
1 tsp
apricot pineapple preserves
1 Tbsp
apple butter
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
4 Tbsp

How to Make Pork Chops and Brussel Sprouts


  • 1Melt olive oil and butter in skillet. Put flour in a ziplock bag and put one pork chop at a time in flour and put in skillet. Salt and pepper the meat or add any other seasonings you like.
  • 2Put Brussels sprouts in the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  • 3Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 4Turn your chops over in the skillet and add cooked Brussels sprouts on top. Then pour on the sauce and put a lid on skillet and turn to low for 15 minutes or until chops are done.
