This is a family favorite even my 3 year old grandson likes it.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium pork chops, center cut
  • 1 bag brussel sprouts, frozen
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon apricot pineapple preserves
  • 1 tablespoon apple butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour

How To Make pork chops and brussel sprouts

  • Step 1
    Melt olive oil and butter in skillet. Put flour in a ziplock bag and put one pork chop at a time in flour and put in skillet. Salt and pepper the meat or add any other seasonings you like.
  • Step 2
    Put Brussels sprouts in the bag in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Step 4
    Turn your chops over in the skillet and add cooked Brussels sprouts on top. Then pour on the sauce and put a lid on skillet and turn to low for 15 minutes or until chops are done.
