How to Make Pork chop with mushroom gravy
- Heat about 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick skillet.
- Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown pork chops in skillet on each side and remove from pan.
- Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Deglaze bottom of pan with soup mixture.
- Add pork chops back to soup mixture in the pan. Place lid on top and cook on low for 25-30 minutes.
