How to Make Pork chop with mushroom gravy
- 1Heat about 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick skillet.
- 2Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
- 3Brown pork chops in skillet on each side and remove from pan.
- 4Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Deglaze bottom of pan with soup mixture.
- 5Add pork chops back to soup mixture in the pan. Place lid on top and cook on low for 25-30 minutes.
