One of my all time favorite dishes. My mom used to cook this for my sister and I all the time with white rice!! Love it! I now cook it for my kids and always make sure I fix enough to share with her.

cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
2-3 Tbsp
sour cream (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp
olive oil

How to Make Pork chop with mushroom gravy


  • 1Heat about 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick skillet.
  • 2Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • 3Brown pork chops in skillet on each side and remove from pan.
  • 4Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Deglaze bottom of pan with soup mixture.
  • 5Add pork chops back to soup mixture in the pan. Place lid on top and cook on low for 25-30 minutes.
