pork chop with mushroom gravy
One of my all time favorite dishes. My mom used to cook this for my sister and I all the time with white rice!! Love it! I now cook it for my kids and always make sure I fix enough to share with her.

Ingredients
- 4-6 - pork chops
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
How To Make pork chop with mushroom gravy

Step 1Heat about 1 tsp olive oil in nonstick skillet.

Step 2Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.

Step 3Brown pork chops in skillet on each side and remove from pan.

Step 4Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in mixing bowl. Deglaze bottom of pan with soup mixture.

Step 5Add pork chops back to soup mixture in the pan. Place lid on top and cook on low for 25-30 minutes.
