Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 - bone-in pork loin chops
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can (4 oz) chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 - red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into thin slices
- 1 - onion, sliced
- - parsley
How To Make pork chop dinner

Step 1Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Brown chops, both sides.

Step 2Combine soup, mushrooms, mustard, broth, garlic, salt, basil, and pepper. Put in slow cooker. Add potatoes and onions; stir to coat. Place chops on top.

Step 3Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
