Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 - bone-in pork loin chops
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 - red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into thin slices
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • - parsley

How To Make pork chop dinner

  • Step 1
    Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Brown chops, both sides.
  • Step 2
    Combine soup, mushrooms, mustard, broth, garlic, salt, basil, and pepper. Put in slow cooker. Add potatoes and onions; stir to coat. Place chops on top.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
