A friend served this at a dinner party. It was delicious. Easy enough to serve for dinner on a weeknight, delicious enough for a party!

  • 3/4 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 6-8
    pork chops (thick)
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 pt
    sour cream, divided
  • 1 can(s)
    french's french fried onions

How to Make Pork Chop Casserole


  1. Heat oil in frying pan. Dredge pork chops in flour, salt & pepper. Brown chops 4-5 minutes per side.
  2. Place pork chops in 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine soup, chicken broth, ginger, rosemary and half of the sour cream. Pour over chops and sprinkle half of the onions.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
    Stir in remaining sour cream into sauce. Top with remaining onions. Return to oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
