A friend served this at a dinner party. It was delicious. Easy enough to serve for dinner on a weeknight, delicious enough for a party!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6-8 - pork chops (thick)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 pint sour cream, divided
  • 1 can french's french fried onions

How To Make pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in frying pan. Dredge pork chops in flour, salt & pepper. Brown chops 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Step 2
    Place pork chops in 9" x 13" baking dish. Combine soup, chicken broth, ginger, rosemary and half of the sour cream. Pour over chops and sprinkle half of the onions.
  • Step 3
    Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir in remaining sour cream into sauce. Top with remaining onions. Return to oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
