  • 2 pkg
    polish sausage chunked bite size
  • 10 medium
    potatoes peeled and chunked bite size
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick
    margarine melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Polish Sausage and Potato Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 400. In a 9 x 13 baking dish place chunked potatoes and polish sausage. In a separate bowl melt margarine, when melted add the parm cheese and garlic mix well. Drizzle over the potatoes and sausage. Toss until well coated. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees till potatoes are done. Approximately 30 minutes.
