Ingredients

1/2-1 tsp
ground black pepper, on the coarse side
1
pork tenderloin
2 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
brandy
1/2 c
whipping cream
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/4 tsp
salt
1 pinch
thyme
1 pinch
marjoram
1 pinch
rosemary

How to Make Peppercorn Pork Tenderloin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Press pepper into all sides of tenderloin.
  • 2Heat butter in a frying pan that just fits the pork and brown over medium high heat.
  • 3Reduce heat to low.
  • 4Pour brandy over the pork.
  • 5Mix remaining ingredients and stir into pan.
  • 6Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • 7Remove pork and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 8Pour sauce over top.
