Ingredients
- 1/2-1 teaspoon ground black pepper, on the coarse side
- 1 - pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 1 pinch rosemary
How To Make peppercorn pork tenderloin

Step 1Press pepper into all sides of tenderloin.

Step 2Heat butter in a frying pan that just fits the pork and brown over medium high heat.

Step 3Reduce heat to low.

Step 4Pour brandy over the pork.

Step 5Mix remaining ingredients and stir into pan.

Step 6Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Step 7Remove pork and cut into 1/2 inch slices.

Step 8Pour sauce over top.
