I got this from food.com, from stacky5. This isn't a weight watcher recipe. However, I always like putting the weight watcher points for me,regardless of how high they are. Weight Watcher Points: 16

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon ground black pepper, on the coarse side
  • 1 - pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 pinch marjoram
  • 1 pinch rosemary

How To Make peppercorn pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    Press pepper into all sides of tenderloin.
  • Step 2
    Heat butter in a frying pan that just fits the pork and brown over medium high heat.
  • Step 3
    Reduce heat to low.
  • Step 4
    Pour brandy over the pork.
  • Step 5
    Mix remaining ingredients and stir into pan.
  • Step 6
    Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Remove pork and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Step 8
    Pour sauce over top.
