Peachy Pork Chops

Vickie Parks

This is so good! It has become a family favorite that we have often. It's quick and quite easy to make too, and it's very good. I like to serve the pork chops over cooked white rice, because the peachy sauce is perfect for flavoring the plain rice with a wonderfully spicy, sweet touch.

How to Make Peachy Pork Chops

  1. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops in the hot skillet for about 3 to 4 minutes each side. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet, and stir until well blended. Reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  3. Served over hot rice or noodles, along with warm dinner rolls to dunk in the rich sauce.
