peaches yams & ham w/champagne cola glaze
A meal for four and leftovers. Had this mini ham and some pantry items. This turned out great. With extra ham slices and glaze for leftover sandwiches or to use in casserole.

Ingredients
- 1 - 3 pound ham (cooked)
- 1 bottle champagne cola (or cherry gingerale)
- 1 can yams drained 15oz
- 1 can sliced peaches (reserve juice) 15oz
- GLAZE
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup champagne cloa
- - reserved peach juice (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- pinch crushed red pepper& hot sauce
How To Make peaches yams & ham w/champagne cola glaze

Step 1preheat oven to 325. Place ham in large pan with drained peaches and yams. Pour 3/4 cup soda over hams and yams & peaches. Cover and place in oven for 45min.

Step 2Meantime make glaze. Pour all glaze ingredients in small saucepan cook til bubbly constantly wisking. turn down to simmer for 25min, til reduces half. For last 15min of cooking ham. Slice top of ham and brush glazes over ham and in between slices.

Step 3Serve ham with yams and peaches and extra glaze. Next day great for ham glazed sandwiches or paninis.
