parmesan sage pork chops
I have not yet made this, but it sounds yummy so I'm sharing before I make it. I bought ingredients to make but as of today I need to eat the stuff I made 2 days ago first. LOL

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 1/4 cup flour, seasoned with salt, pepper to taste
- 4 cups pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make parmesan sage pork chops

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried rubbed sage and grated lemon peel in a bowl.

Step 2On a plate put flour seasoned with salt & pepper. Coat chops with flour. Dip in egg. Then dip in bread crumb mixture.

Step 3Melt butter & Olive Oil in an oven-proof skillet. Brown chops until golden. Transfer to oven and bake until meat thermometer registers 150 degrees F. About 20 min. or so.
