Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Ingredients

1-1/2 cbread crumbs

1 cparmesan cheese

1 Tbspdried rubbed sage

1 tsplemon zest, grated

2 largeeggs, whisked
-
1/4 cflour, seasoned with salt, pepper to taste

4 cpork chops (1 inch thick)

1/4 cbutter
-
2 Tbspolive oil
How to Make Parmesan Sage Pork Chops
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried rubbed sage and grated lemon peel in a bowl.
- On a plate put flour seasoned with salt & pepper. Coat chops with flour. Dip in egg. Then dip in bread crumb mixture.
- Melt butter & Olive Oil in an oven-proof skillet. Brown chops until golden. Transfer to oven and bake until meat thermometer registers 150 degrees F. About 20 min. or so.
