Living in an apartment complex where I wasn't allowed a grill forced me to become inventive with my cooking.

Ingredients
- 3-6 - boneless pork ribs
- 1 bottle honey barbeque sauce (my fav. is sweet bay rays)
- - water
How To Make oven "bbq" ribs

Step 1Place ribs in a dutch oven or a covered casserole pan. (It's good to have a great deal of head space with the casserole pan because it will spatter during cooking)

Step 2Cover with entire bottle of sauce. Then rinse the bottle with water and empty into pan. Make sure you have enough liquid to just cover the ribs

Step 3Cook 3 ribs for 3 hours at 275 F. Add an additional 30 minutes for each additional rib.

Step 4Serve with buttered egg noodles.

Step 5You can easily make this in a crockpot. My suggestion is to use the low setting for the entire day (approx 7 hrs).
