~ oh so good boneless chops ~ cassies
These chops are delicious. Crispy and flavorful on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside. Works best with thick, boneless chops. I use chicken stove top, but I'm sure any flavor would be wonderful. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3 - 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup stovetop stuffing mix - any flavor ( i use chicken ) - ground fine in food processor
- 2 - 3 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
- salt - & pepper
- garlic - salt
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 large egg beat with 2 - 3 tbsp milk
- 4 - 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick boneless ( center cut ) chops

Step 1In a food processor - pulse stuffing mix to make fine crumbs...to the crumbs add Parmesan & garlic. Place the crumbs in a large ziplock baggie or spread onto a large plate. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.

Step 2In a casserole big enough to hold the 4 chops, add 3 - 4 tablespoons butter. Place in preheated oven until bubbling. Salt & pepper chops.

Step 3In the meantime, whisk egg and milk. Dip each chop in egg mixture, then into crumbs and place in dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt and place in oven. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until baked through. Do not over bake.

Step 4They should be golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. For thinner chops, decrease baking time.
