These chops are delicious. Crispy and flavorful on the outside, tender & juicy on the inside. Works best with thick, boneless chops. I use chicken stove top, but I'm sure any flavor would be wonderful.

  • 3 - 4 Tbsp
  • 1 c
    stovetop stuffing mix - any flavor ( i use chicken ) - ground fine in food processor
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
    & pepper
  • garlic
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 large
    egg beat with 2 - 3 tbsp milk
  • 4
    1 - 1 1/2 inch thick boneless ( center cut ) chops

How to Make ~ Oh So Good Boneless Chops ~ Cassies


  1. In a food processor - pulse stuffing mix to make fine crumbs...to the crumbs add Parmesan & garlic. Place the crumbs in a large ziplock baggie or spread onto a large plate.

    Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
  2. In a casserole big enough to hold the 4 chops, add 3 - 4 tablespoons butter. Place in preheated oven until bubbling.

    Salt & pepper chops.
  3. In the meantime, whisk egg and milk. Dip each chop in egg mixture, then into crumbs and place in dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt and place in oven. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until baked through. Do not over bake.
  4. They should be golden on the outside and juicy on the inside. For thinner chops, decrease baking time.
  5. Delicious!
