Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    boneless pork butt, shoulder or blade roast
  • 14 oz
    tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c
    vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make North Carolina Pork BBQ

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients in 4-quart crock. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours or high setting for 5 hours. Remove and shred meat to serve.
