I love chili dogs! I decided to put a little twist and kick to this chili sauce. Made with chorizo and beef with some mesquite spices, which includes all your chili spices, chili powder, cumin, tomato, sugar, peppers and more. Everything we put in our chili in one mix. I bought mine at a farmers market, McCormick carries also. This is very easy and every layer has extra flavor!
