Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoon oil or butter
  • 1 pound smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 141/2 ounces can peeled, diced tomatoes
  • 16 ounces can great northern, navy or canellini beans

How To Make kielbasa with tomatoes and white beans

  • Step 1
    Heat oil or butter in a large skillet add kielbasa and cook over medium high heat until browned, remove from pan
  • Step 2
    Reduce heat to medium, add onions and cook until transparent
  • Step 3
    Reduce heat to low, add garlic and herbs and cook 1 minute
  • Step 4
    Add kielbasa, tomatoes and white beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
