  • 1-2 Tbsp
    oil or butter
  • 1 lb
    smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 141/2 oz
    can peeled, diced tomatoes
  • 16 oz
    can great northern, navy or canellini beans

How to Make Kielbasa with Tomatoes and White Beans


  1. Heat oil or butter in a large skillet add kielbasa and cook over medium high heat until browned, remove from pan
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add onions and cook until transparent
  3. Reduce heat to low, add garlic and herbs and cook 1 minute
  4. Add kielbasa, tomatoes and white beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
