Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground ham
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 large egggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 25 small whole cloves
- 1 large green pepper cut into strips
How To Make joan's hamloaf

Step 1Mix together all the ham loaf and shape into a rectangle loaf and put all cloves on loaf.

Step 2Grease a casserole dish or a large loaf pan.

Step 3Mix together all topping ingredients and place in bottom of pan and place loaf on top cover and bake for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
