How to Make Italian Sausages with Roasted Peppers and Onions
- Chop up onion and peppers. Saute in a tablespoon of olive oil for 5 minutes. Add the Italian Dressing when onions are slightly brown. Season to taste with garlic pepper.
- Spray another skillet with cooking spray. Add sausage. Cook over medium-high heat until browned, about 10 minutes, turning links often.
- Reduce heat to a medium-low and add the onion and peppers mix. Simmer until ready to serve. Serve on rolls, with rice, or potatoes! Just delicious anyway you fix it!
