  • 3/4 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp
    season salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Italian Pork steak chops

Step-by-Step

  1. In Ziploc bag place bread crumbs, seasoning salt pepper, garlic, cheese,
  2. Heat oil in fry pan.
  3. place steaks in bag shake to coat meat.
  4. Turn on oven 350 grab bake pan with rack place by fry pan
  5. Place steak in oil to brown keep eye on them just until start to brown,
  6. Pull from pan place on bake rack.
  7. Place in oven for 30 minutes until done juices run clear. serves 4
