  • 1 can 19 oz black beans undrained
  • 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
  • 3 - 5 - drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice

How To Make italian black beans and rice

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat until hot Add onion and Garlic, cook 3 - 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.
  • Step 3
    Simmer, uncovered 6 - 8 minutes and serve over rice.
