iowa chop and dressing

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork chop
- 4 cups dried cubed bread
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup applel (diced) i used gala
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
How To Make iowa chop and dressing

Step 1Prepare Pork Chop by making a pocket by slicing toward bone.

Step 2Stir together bread cubes,onion,celery,apples,raisens,sage,and salt and pepper.

Step 3Heat chicken broth slightly in microwave add butter, stir till butter is melted.

Step 4Pour broth a little at a time over bread mixture.Stiring frequently till moist.

Step 5Spray baking dish. Put chop in baking dish.

Step 6Stuff pocket of chop with dressing add remaining dressing around chop.

Step 7Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/2 hour.
