Ingredients

2 lb
pork tenderloin
1 tsp
each salt, fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and parsley minced
1/2 tsp
black pepper
6 clove
garlic minced and pressed into a paste
1/2 c
water

GLAZE

1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1/4 c
balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 c
water

How to Make Herbed Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Glaze

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towel. Mix the herbs and salt and pepper together. mince the garlic and then press it flat with side of knife to make a paste. Mix that with the herbs. Rub the herb mixture over the outside of the pork Place in a slow cooker and add the 1/2 cup water. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  • 2To make the glaze mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer until thickened.
  • 3Remove pork from slow cooker slice and serve with sauce drizzled over.
