Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon each salt, fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and parsley minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic minced and pressed into a paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make herbed pork tenderloin with balsamic glaze

  • Step 1
    Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towel. Mix the herbs and salt and pepper together. mince the garlic and then press it flat with side of knife to make a paste. Mix that with the herbs. Rub the herb mixture over the outside of the pork Place in a slow cooker and add the 1/2 cup water. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  • Step 2
    To make the glaze mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer until thickened.
  • Step 3
    Remove pork from slow cooker slice and serve with sauce drizzled over.
