Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon each salt, fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and parsley minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 cloves garlic minced and pressed into a paste
- 1/2 cup water
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make herbed pork tenderloin with balsamic glaze

Step 1Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towel. Mix the herbs and salt and pepper together. mince the garlic and then press it flat with side of knife to make a paste. Mix that with the herbs. Rub the herb mixture over the outside of the pork Place in a slow cooker and add the 1/2 cup water. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.

Step 2To make the glaze mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and simmer until thickened.

Step 3Remove pork from slow cooker slice and serve with sauce drizzled over.
