Herbed Pork Chops
How to Make Herbed Pork Chops
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- FOR EACH PORK CHOP:
- Brush the top lightly with oil.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon each, parsley, oregano and basil and with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Place the chops in a baking dish in a single layer.
- Add a little water to the pan being careful not to pour it directly on the chops. Do not cover the chops with the water.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
