herbed pork chops
You can grill or fry pork chops, but I prefer to bake mine. Baking them covered with a little water makes them VERY tender and juicy.

Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons basil, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
- - olive oil
How To Make herbed pork chops

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2FOR EACH PORK CHOP:

Step 3Brush the top lightly with oil.

Step 4Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon each, parsley, oregano and basil and with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

Step 5Place the chops in a baking dish in a single layer.

Step 6Add a little water to the pan being careful not to pour it directly on the chops. Do not cover the chops with the water.

Step 7Cover the dish with foil.

Step 8Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
