Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 packages pork tenderloin (1 1/2 lbs each)
How To Make herb-roasted pork tenderloin

Step 1Stir together first 11 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.

Step 2Prick pork with a fork, and place in marinade, turning to coat.

Step 3Cover dish, or seal bag; Chill 2 hours.

Step 4Remove from marinade, discarding marinade.

Step 5Place pork on a rack in a roasting pan.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of pork registers 160 degrees.
