Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (lean is best)
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup crushed ritz crackers / or bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon worcertershire sauce
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons corn startch + 3 -4 tbls water to thicken sauce
- - sesame seeds
How To Make hawaiian meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Grease a baking sheet.

Step 2Combine all the meatball ingredients and form into small balls 1- 2 inches big. place on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 min.

Step 3In a small bowl mix corn starch and 3-4 Tbs water and set aside. Mix remaining sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and place on Med heat and bring to a boil. Whisk in the cron starch mixture and stir till thick. Reduce heat and simmer till meatbslls are ready. If you feel the sauce is too thick you can always add a bit of water to it.

Step 4When meatballs are cooked place in a large bowl and pour sauce over. Serve with rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds
