Ingredients
- 1 package smoked sausage link, i like skinless - grilled and sliced as shown in directions
- 8 - flour tortillas, fajita size
- SAUTEED VEGGIES:
- 1 - bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/8 teaspoon each - ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- SAUCES:
- - mustard
- - ranch dressing
- - sweet baby ray's chipotle barbeque sauce
- GARNISHES:
- 4 ounces grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1 - tomato, sliced thin
- 1 - avocado, sliced
- - pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
How To Make grilled smoked sausage fajitas

Step 1Keep sausage warm until ready to serve. Cut into 4 pieces, and slice those in half length-wise to fit tortillas.

Step 2Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium low heat. Add bell pepper and onion slices.

Step 3Add spices and cook veggies until tender.

Step 4On a warmed flour tortilla add sausage slices, peppers and onions, cheese and any other toppings such as sliced avocado, tomato, and peppers. Drizzle ranch, bbq sauce, and mustard over fajita. Enjoy!
