Ingredients

  • 1 package smoked sausage link, i like skinless - grilled and sliced as shown in directions
  • 8 - flour tortillas, fajita size
  • SAUTEED VEGGIES:
  • 1 - bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon each - ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, sugar
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • SAUCES:
  • - mustard
  • - ranch dressing
  • - sweet baby ray's chipotle barbeque sauce
  • GARNISHES:
  • 4 ounces grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 - tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 - avocado, sliced
  • - pickled jalapeno slices (optional)

How To Make grilled smoked sausage fajitas

  • Step 1
    Keep sausage warm until ready to serve. Cut into 4 pieces, and slice those in half length-wise to fit tortillas.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium low heat. Add bell pepper and onion slices.
  • Step 3
    Add spices and cook veggies until tender.
  • Step 4
    On a warmed flour tortilla add sausage slices, peppers and onions, cheese and any other toppings such as sliced avocado, tomato, and peppers. Drizzle ranch, bbq sauce, and mustard over fajita. Enjoy!
