smoked sausage link, i like skinless - grilled and sliced as shown in directions

flour tortillas, fajita size

SAUTEED VEGGIES:

1
bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 medium
onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp
oil
1/8 tsp
each - ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, sugar
salt and pepper to taste

SAUCES:

mustard
ranch dressing
sweet baby ray's chipotle barbeque sauce

GARNISHES:

4 oz
grated mild cheddar cheese
1
tomato, sliced thin
1
avocado, sliced
pickled jalapeno slices (optional)

How to Make Grilled Smoked Sausage Fajitas

Step-by-Step

  • 1Keep sausage warm until ready to serve. Cut into 4 pieces, and slice those in half length-wise to fit tortillas.
  • 2Heat oil in a medium skillet on medium low heat. Add bell pepper and onion slices.
  • 3Add spices and cook veggies until tender.
  • 4On a warmed flour tortilla add sausage slices, peppers and onions, cheese and any other toppings such as sliced avocado, tomato, and peppers. Drizzle ranch, bbq sauce, and mustard over fajita. Enjoy!
