Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sliders & Blue Cheese Slaw

I love sliders, they are quick, easy and little hands can hold them. These sliders would be a great addition to your tailgating, game day or super bowl table. The slaw is creamy with a hint of blue cheese, to add extra flavor. The tenderloin cooks up in minutes on the grill! Make sure to add this to your starting lineup for your next tailgating, game day or super bowl party.

  • SLAW

  • 32 oz
    packaged coleslaw mix (about 4 cups)
  • 2 c
    hellmanns real mayonnaise
  • 8 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 c
    crumbled treasure cave® blue cheese
  • 4 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 8 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • PORK

  • 4 lb
    pork tenderloin
  • ·
  • ·
    black pepper
  • ·
    garlic powder
  • 2
    slider buns or dinner rolls sliced in half

How to Make Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sliders & Blue Cheese Slaw


  1. Make the slaw:
    Combine all slaw ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Make the pork:
    Sprinkle the pork tenderloin liberally with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  5. Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the tenderloin covered until cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes or until the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
  7. Allow the pork to sit for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a cutting board and slice thinly.
  9. Assemble the sliders:
    Place the pork slices onto the buns.
  10. Top with the coleslaw and serve immediately.
