- 4 to 6 - pork chops
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley
How To Make grilled marinated pork chops
-
Step 1Place chops in a gallon size zip top bag. Combine ingredients and pour over the chops. Seal the bag and gently toss to mix. Put the bag of chops into a large bowl (In case of leaks!) and marinate in the fridge for 1 to 24 hours. The longer the marinade time, the better the flavor, but I have found 2 to 4 hours is still really good!
-
Step 2Grill over slow indirect heat 25 to 35 Minutes turning once. If pork is cooked too quickly It will become tough. Test for doneness. The meat should feel firm. Then put chops over direct heat, briefly. Just long enough to brown a little.
-
Step 3Let stand for a couple minutes and serve.
