I remember going down the road to help grandma do her floors once a week, she'd make this and just the way she hummed while she was cooking. I'll miss those days.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg - sausage(i use sage or country)
  • 2 - potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 - red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 - yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 - onions, yellow, medium, sliced thinly
  • 1 can tomatoes(i use tomatoes that i have canned myslf)

  • Step 1
    Cut sausage in rounds. Start by cooking sausage until brown.
  • Step 2
    Add potatoes and continue cooking.
  • Step 3
    Add bell peppers, onions and tomatoes (juice and all)
  • Step 4
    Cook for approximately 30-45 min. Until all veggies are tender.
