  • 1 pkg
    sausage(i use sage or country)
  • 2
    potatoes, scrubbed, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1
    red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1
    yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1
    onions, yellow, medium, sliced thinly
  • 1 can
    tomatoes(i use tomatoes that i have canned myslf)

    Cut sausage in rounds. Start by cooking sausage until brown.

    Add potatoes and continue cooking.

    Add bell peppers, onions and tomatoes (juice and all)

    Cook for approximately 30-45 min. Until all veggies are tender.
