galbi marinade

2-3 pounds of meat
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds pork, beef or chicken
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 3 - scallions
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup cola or apple juice
- 1 pinch black pepper
How To Make galbi marinade

Step 1Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour into a large zipper bag. Add you meat. I like to use pork ribs, but you can use whatever you like.

Step 2Gently massage each piece of meat in the marinade. Squeeze out all the air, place into a container an sit in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. The longer, the better.

Step 3Start your grill and grill them up to your desired doneness.
