2-3 pounds of meat
pork, beef or chicken
cola or apple juice
1Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour into a large zipper bag. Add you meat. I like to use pork ribs, but you can use whatever you like.
2Gently massage each piece of meat in the marinade. Squeeze out all the air, place into a container an sit in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. The longer, the better.
3Start your grill and grill them up to your desired doneness.
