I have made this recipe many times. I got it from Better Recipes by a cook called koreancook http://appetizer.betterrecipes.com/galbi-marinade.html

yield 2-3 pounds of meat

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds pork, beef or chicken
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 - scallions
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup cola or apple juice
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How To Make galbi marinade

  • Step 1
    Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour into a large zipper bag. Add you meat. I like to use pork ribs, but you can use whatever you like.
  • Step 2
    Gently massage each piece of meat in the marinade. Squeeze out all the air, place into a container an sit in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. The longer, the better.
  • Step 3
    Start your grill and grill them up to your desired doneness.
