Ingredients
- 2 pounds bone in or bonelss pork loin, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - eggs

How To Make chicken fried pork chops

Step 1Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. In a second bowl, beat together eggs and milk.

Step 3Dredge pork in flour then dip in egg and dredge again in flour.

Step 4Pan fry about 7 minutes on each side until done. Drain on paper towels.
