Ingredients

  • 2 pounds bone in or bonelss pork loin, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 - eggs
  • - oil for frying

How To Make chicken fried pork chops

  • Step 1
    Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step 2
    Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. In a second bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
  • Step 3
    Dredge pork in flour then dip in egg and dredge again in flour.
  • Step 4
    Pan fry about 7 minutes on each side until done. Drain on paper towels.
