How to Make Fried Pork Chops
- Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. In a second bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
- Dredge pork in flour then dip in egg and dredge again in flour.
- Pan fry about 7 minutes on each side until done. Drain on paper towels.
