fried mustard pork chops
I tried this recipe with my chicken tenders, and thought, why not try it with pork chops. The pork chops were tender with a crispy crust.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork chops
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 2 - 3 teaspoons season salt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 cups vegetable oil
How To Make fried mustard pork chops

Step 1Rinse pork chops and pat dry.

Step 2Cover pork chops with mustard.

Step 3Sprinkle seasoning salt on both sides of the pork chops.

Step 4Flour both sides of the pork chops.

Step 5Heat oil to medium-high heat or 375 degrees F. Fry 3 minutes on one side.

Step 6Then turn over and fry 3 more minutes. Flip again and fry 1 more minute for a total of 7 minutes.

Step 7When done, place the pork chop on a wire rack and fry the remaining pork chops.
