There is nothing really out of the ordinary with this recipe, but have been told people love them since they are so tender and fall right off the bone. If grilling, use a large spatula as the will fall apart on you. I always use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

How to Make Fall apart babyback ribs

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 275. Remove membrane from the ribs using a paper towel (google search for tips, if needed).
  2. Spray aluminum pan with cooking spray. Place ribs in pan and coat both sides of ribs with BBQ sauce. Turn ribs so bone side us up.
  3. Roast in oven for 3-4 hours, until tender. You can brown or char by grilling for a couple minutes each side. Another way would be to place under broiler, though be sure to check frequently as this sometimes dries the meat.
