This is such a easy dish With a few ingredients in Your crock pot. We made sandwiches with this pork butt, leftovers will be thrown over some mash taters or rice. Enjoy!

- 3-4 pounds pork roast
- 2 large onions, vidalia, peeled & sliced
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- - pepper
- 2 cups water
How To Make easy vidalia onion pork sammies

Step 1Season pork with pepper. Place sliced onions in crockpot, place pork on top of onions Whisk together tarragon and onion soup mix in 2 cups water and pour over pork. Cover and set crock pot on high for 4 hours.

Step 2Remove pork set aside. Pour juices in a pan and cook down for about 7-10min. Till reduced half way. Slice pork and add to pork onion sauce. Serve on nice soft rolls, dipping top half of bun in juices, top pork with onions. Add slaw for a nice crunch. Enjoy!! Leftovers great served over potatoes.
