How To Make easy pork roast and beans
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub the roast with the rub and put fat side down in a covered baking dish in the oven. In another baking dish put the beans, molasses, onion, garlic and sugar together and place in oven. NOTE: I didn't combine the first 1 1/2 hours so the grease wouldn't be in the beans.
-
Step 2After an hour and a half remove the pork roast and place fat side up into the beans dish and continue baking for another 1 1/2 hours decreasing the heat to 300 degrees.

Step 3I served with mashed cauliflower and deviled eggs https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/side/side-vegetable/mashed-cauliflower.html
