Cut ribs into 2-rib sections. Place into Dutch oven and add enough water to completely cover the ribs.

Cover pot, and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes. Drain.

Heat grill to medium heat. Grill ribs for 10 minutes or until done, turning occasionally and brushing generously with barbecue sauce.
