This Italian dinner recipe is inspired by the traditional Italian dinners that my Italian relatives would make on special occasion.

rigatoni pasta, uncooked
1 pkg
italian sausage, sweet
1 jar(s)
pasta sauce
3-8 slice
garlic bread


1Boil one large pot of water on high. Once water is boiling, add pasta.
2Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sausages on a greased pan, and cook in oven for twenty minutes, flipping the sausages halfway through. (For best results, puncture each sausage with a fork before cooking.)
3When the sausages are done, place them on a paper towel on a plate. Immediately place the slices of garlic bread onto the sausage pan, and heat in the oven for five minutes.
4When pasta is cooked, drain the water into a strainer. Quickly place the uncovered jar of sauce in the microwave, and heat for two minutes, stirring the jar halfway through.
