Ingredients
- 5 pounds boneless pork loin
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 8-10 - hamburger buns, or rolls
- - sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups bbq sauce
- 1 can 12oz. can beer (or 1 1/2 cups water)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
How To Make down home pulled pork

Step 1Preheat grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. Sprinkle pork loin with pepper and garlic salt.

Step 2Place on grill and cook about 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 155-160*. Allow meat to cool while preparing sauce.

Step 3Shred pork into small pieces, discard any remaining fat. Place pork in a large pot; stir sauce into pork and simmer 40 minutes. Serve on warmed buns, or rolls. Enjoy! Makes 8-10 servings..
