    boneless pork loin
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 8-10
    hamburger buns, or rolls
  • ·
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 2 c
  • 2 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    12oz. can beer (or 1 1/2 cups water)
  • 1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Down Home Pulled Pork


  1. Preheat grill for indirect cooking over medium heat. Sprinkle pork loin with pepper and garlic salt.
  2. Place on grill and cook about 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 155-160*. Allow meat to cool while preparing sauce.
  3. Shred pork into small pieces, discard any remaining fat. Place pork in a large pot; stir sauce into pork and simmer 40 minutes. Serve on warmed buns, or rolls. Enjoy! Makes 8-10 servings..
