You can use your favorite gourmet mustards in this main entree'.

Spices may be added but the star is the mustard!

Nice twist from basic pork chops.

  • 6 medium
    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    yellow mustard

How to Make Donna's Double Mustard Pork Chops


  1. Set Oven to: 425*F
    Line a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil generously oiled, set a side
  2. Add both mustards to a small bowl and stir to combine. Next brush pork chops with the mustard mixture.
  3. Then dip in dry bread crumbs and place on the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 425*F for 25-35 minutes.
    Check pork for doneness with a instant read thermometer at 20 minutes. If not yet done then pop back in the oven for 10 more minutes checking each time till pork reaches 165*F
