1Season the pork by generously rubbing the meat with the rub.
2Place in a crock pot and pour half of the can of chicken broth around the meat.
3Bring the crock pot to a simmer by turning it on high. Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 6 hours. Remove from the pot and shred the meat with a fork. Remove all fat and serve your favorite way.
4This is good served with your favorite BBQ sauce.on a bun topped with cole slaw. It's a very southern way.
