delicious pork loin
To me, there is no better piece of meat than a tender piece of pork loin w/ wonderful sauces...the honey/ butter sauce on this loin is so, so good. If you're having guests and want to impress...prepare this delicious tenderloin...it's a sure bet, they will love it! My photos

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork loin
- 1 stick butter
- 4 - 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 3/4 - 1 cups water
How To Make delicious pork loin

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In an ovenproof skillet or dutch oven , stir butter and honey over medium heat, until butter is melted.

Step 2Remove any silver skin from the loin.

Step 3Liberally sprinkle loin with cayenne pepper, Cajun seasoning and pepper.

Step 4Brown each side of the loin for about 5 minutes in the honey butter. Making sure not to burn the honey. Lower the heat if honey begins to burn.

Step 5Now, place the skillet in the oven, uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Do not over cook.

Step 6When the loin is finished; remove to a serving platter, cover with foil and let rest while you cook down the remaining honey/butter sauce.

Step 7In the same pan, add the water, scraping the bottom of pan to get any browned bits loosened. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until sauce is reduced and thickening. ( sauce will be an auburn color )

Step 8Now, slice your pork, and drizzle with the sauce. Enjoy!! It's delicious!!!
