1slab of spareribs, cut in half
1 can(s)condensed tomato soup
2 Tbspsoy sauce, dark
1 Tbspworchestershire sauce
1 Tbspliquid hickory smoke
1 Tbspdark brown sugar
How to Make Crockpot Spareribs
- Season both sides of ribs liberally with seasoning salt & white pepper, stack each piece in crockpot.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Add whatever additional spices you like.
- Pour over ribs & cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours.(I occasionally swapped the slabs, so both pieces would be covered in the sauce. When they start falling off the bone, they are done.
