I wanted something different to put in a crockpot because it is getting too hot to start the oven, so I threw this and that and my Hubby loved it! It is Company quality!!! He said he wouldn't mind having pork once a week!!!

prep time 15 Min
cook time 6 Hr
method Slow Cooker Crock Pot
yield 6 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 can diced italian tomatoes
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

How To Make crockpot pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
Place pork tenderloin in your crockpot. (Mine was right out of the freezer) Start opening cans and pour into the crockpot over the tenderloin. Slice onion and put in crockpot, sprinkle onion soup mix over everything.
  • Step 2
Cook in Crockpot on low for about 3 hours. Turn to high for 3 more hours and stir ingredients a little around the tenderloin.
  • Step 3
When done, I took the tenderloin out and cut it into slices. I took 2 tbsp of cornstarch and added some gravy to it. Mix well and thicken to your liking. Put tenderloin back in and turn to warm. Prep mashed potatoes, Serve.
